Welcome to Burggraaf, a stunning, well considered barn conversion situated at West Axnoller – surrounded by rolling Dorset countryside yet close to the beautiful Jurassic coastline. Burggraaf is ideal for large parties of family and friends looking for a long or short break.

Inside Burggraaf you will discover an impressive attention to detail, luxury furnishings, beautifully designed bathrooms and the best beds and linen. Alongside the contemporary clean lines, the interior of Burggraaf was inspired by the jewel colours found in India.

As you walk through the gate into the landscaped front garden there are patios and seating areas with loungers designed for relaxation. Enter Burggraaf through the front double doors in the glass wall, into the vestibule. Immediately you are struck by the light and spacious, full ceiling height, open-plan living and dining area. The floor throughout is heated, polished concrete. Complete with large squashy sofas and silk cushions, there is ample space to relax and unwind in front of the stylish ribbon fire, or the large plasma screen with Sky.

The locally made kitchen and dining area is light and airy, with polished stone surfaces and stainless steel appliances. It is equipped to the high standard you would expect of such a property and the beautiful design makes it a pleasure to cook for yourself. Alternatively you can have delicious food made for you by one of several renowned local chefs.

The six bedrooms are decorated in different colours and designs. All bedrooms are en suite and have sumptuous, super king-sized beds – twin beds can be made available if you wish. The linen is of the best quality Egyptian cotton, as are the pillows, towels and bath robes. The bathrooms are luxuriously appointed with large baths, Italian chrome taps and great water pressure, allowing you to totally de-stress. With that in mind we provide you with a complimentary range of Aromatherapy Associates products.

Access from two of the bedrooms or the hallway near the kitchen area, lead you out into a private enclosed court yard garden. Complete with outside cedar hot tub this garden is set up for al fresco dining with table and chairs for 12, gas barbecue and patio heaters.

Burggraaf also houses your own private indoor swimming pool and sauna, as well as a gym and games room. Spa treatments with one of our professional therapists can be booked.
