Terms
& Conditions
Please
note all treatment times are approximate for guidelines
and most treatments include a brief consultation
form.
There
is a £10 fuel charge for every therapist that
visits.
All
prices are subject to VAT
Bookings
for treatments must be for at least a 2 hour session.
Treatments
will not be carried out after 6.00pm.
Could
you please let us know when booking if you are
expecting, this allows the therapist to tailor
the treatments to your requirement and also use
alternative products.
If
you book a treatment and have a medical condition
that could be affected by the treatment and still
wish to go ahead with it, you will be asked to
sign a declaration giving your consent to the
treatment, if in doubt please ask in advance when
booking or bring a GP referral letter with you.
If
any alcohol is consumed prior to the treatment
being carried out, you are doing so at your own
risk and your therapist cannot be held responsible
as it is not advisable to do so.
A minimum of 5 days notice is needed for treatment changes, schedule changes or cancellations, to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Once
the schedule has been agreed and finalised no
further alterations can be made. Treatments cancelled within these 5 days will be charged at 50%. Missed
appointments are to be paid in full. |
